Sorry, Regina, But You're Not Very Good At Roundabouts

    Save us from ourselves, Britain.

Hey, Regina. Work going okay? How's the family? Good? Good. Okay, so, we need to talk.

Because you're really, really awful at using roundabouts.

I'm not making this up. There's proof. Look at this video.

The video was recorded by Redditor GuyOnABuffaloaf, who witnessed rerouted rush hour traffic attempting to grapple with a neighbourhood roundabout on Monday.

And people could not handle their shit.

Like this. That is not how you're supposed to do that.

    No. No. No.

Well, some people got it. But still:

But you shouldn't feel too bad, Regina, because Canadians in general are pretty baffled when they encounter a round slab of concrete in the middle of an intersection.

Like the new roundabout in Fredericton, New Brunswick, that's caused quite a bit of confusion.

Or that time a weed plant was found flourishing in a roundabout in Vancouver.

    Yep.

Over in the U.K., they've got this thing down. There's even a Roundabout of the Year award. Seriously. In 2013, the winner had a duck pond.

Save us, Britain. You're our only hope.

UPDATE: The nice folks at Jack FM Regina were a bit miffed at our characterization of the "traffic circle" so they turned to Regina Traffic Sgt. Ian Barr for clarification.

According to Barr, the circle is not a true roundabout, but a traffic calming measure. But, in any case, many drivers are using it incorrectly.

The author of this article, however, refuses to believe the circle isn't technically a roundabout.
