But you shouldn't feel too bad, Regina, because Canadians in general are pretty baffled when they encounter a round slab of concrete in the middle of an intersection.

UPDATE: The nice folks at Jack FM Regina were a bit miffed at our characterization of the "traffic circle" so they turned to Regina Traffic Sgt. Ian Barr for clarification.
According to Barr, the circle is not a true roundabout, but a traffic calming measure. But, in any case, many drivers are using it incorrectly.
The author of this article, however, refuses to believe the circle isn't technically a roundabout.
