Last month, there was tons of breakup speculation shortly after the pair made their last public appearance to date during Super Bowl weekend. At one point, Megan Fox had to put out a statement denying rumors that MGK had cheated on her.
Now, People reports that despite the couple's best efforts to reconcile, their relationship might be donezo for real.
A source tells the publication that the couple are "in therapy," but that Megan is "having a hard time trusting" MGK.
"This is really boiling down to not working," the source added. "There have been points where they haven't been speaking, it's been that bad."
Another source told People that they are "still working on their issues," and that they've "always had kind of a tumultuous relationship" that's "never been easy, it's always been very up and down."
However, it sure sounds like things are worse than usual. "Only time will tell if they get back together properly, but it looks pretty unlikely right now," the source also stated.
