I Tried Kourtney Kardashian's Avocado Breakfast Pudding And I Am Still Alive

It was avo-gross-o.

If you've followed Kourtney Kardashian or watched the show she frequently appears on, Keeping up With the Kardashians, you know she eats some uh...interesting stuff. But one of the most noticeable things we've seen over the years is her avocado pudding.

So, in an effort to find my inner celebrity, I decided to try it!

The recipe calls for ORGANIC cane sugar, ORGANIC avocados, ORGANIC whole milk, and some sort of manuka honey which I didn't get because it said optional. And anything that's optional is short for "no."

Basically you just add a cup of whole milk, two teaspoons of sugar, the avocado, and then you blend it.

Once it gets to a "pudding-like" texture, it's done. You can then pour it into a container and eat it. Kourtney specifies that she eats hers with a spoon.

It looked basically the same!

Then it was time to taste. I was nervous, because I'm not obsessed with avocados unless they're smothered with cilantro and salt and fried chips.

Kourtney said she loves this breakfast because it "helps keep her feeling full until lunch." I also wanted to be full until lunch. So I dipped my spoon in again...

And again. And the verdict is: It was not good.

But because I wanted to see if it actually kept me full until lunch, I kept eating.

And I kept gagging.

Eventually my nausea took over, and I discarded my leftovers to the side of my computer and didn't think about them again until I realized I was hungry 1.5 hours later.

IN CONCLUSION: Kourt has a bangin' bod, and even though she says she eats this every day and that might be part of why, it still isn't worth it to me.
