Kim Kardashian Explained How Her Relationship With Pete Davidson Will Unfold On Her New Show And Said She's "Always Really Respectful Of What The Kids Will See"

I'm counting down the days until the season premiere!

After Keeping Up with the Kardashians ended, fans have been impatiently waiting for the family's new show, The Kardashians, to hit Hulu.

Meanwhile, the drama in the lives of the KarJenners has not stopped — most notably, Kim Kardashian's separation from Kanye West and new relationship with Pete Davidson.

Of course, fans can't help but wonder — will we see any of Kim and Pete's romance play out on The Kardashians?

Sadly, Pete probably won't appear on the first season. In a recent interview with Variety, Kim said, "I have not filmed with him."

However, neither of them is against Pete appearing on the show in the future. She continued, "I’m not opposed to it. It’s just not what he does. ... But if there was an event happening and he was there, he wouldn’t tell the cameras to get away."

"I think I might film something really exciting coming, but it wouldn’t be for this season," she told Variety.

Pete won't be entirely absent from the first season, though. Kim said, "I’m definitely open to talking, and I definitely explain [our relationship].”

wearing a hoodie on his movie set, Pete smiles wide, and wearing a long coat with her hair in a slick bun, Kim smiles politely at Milan fashion week

She said that the audience will get to hear her talk about "how [she and Pete] met and who reached out to who and how it happened and all the details that everyone wants to know.”

However, she also said that she's careful about what aspects of her divorce play out on camera. She said, "I’m always really respectful of what the kids will see. The reality is, we’re always a family. We always will have a love and respect for each other."

"I do think it’s important for people to see that things aren’t perfect all the time, but that they can get better," she said.

Well, I'm interested to see the beginning of Kim and Pete's relationship from her perspective, and I hope to see them both find happily-ever-after in Season 2.
