Have you noticed an awful lot of celebrities posting selfies showing off four of their fingers recently? Well that's because they're supporting a mental health campaign to break the stigma and to get people to talk about it.
Tom Hardy has lent himself to BBC3's #1in4 campaign, along with numerous other well-known faces from TV, music, and film.
The point behind the selfies is to raise awareness about how common mental health issues are.
According to the campaign, 1 in 4 people will experience mental health issues.
So stars like Kristen Bell have been sharing pictures like this to highlight that fact.
Olivia Colman has posted a picture on social media for the cause.
As has singer Ella Henderson.
While radio presenter Nick Grimshaw shared a video talking about his own experiences.
They are all sharing similar messages along the lines of: "#1in4 of us will experience mental health issues. You are not alone./ Let's end the stigma."
