It's been just over a year since Dark Tower fans got the long awaited news they'd been pining for – that the film adaptation of the eight-novel series by Stephen King was finally happening, and that they'd cast Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey in the leads.

Well it's been a long old wait, but we now finally have posters to get excited about.

AND, more importantly, this morning the first trailer dropped.
The Dark Tower trailer is coming. "Mister, we deal in lead."
And it's pretty epic.

There's the gunslinger (Idris Elba).
His enemy, the Man in Black (Matthew McConaughey).
A lot of impressive action sequences.
And, of course, The Dark Tower.
So now we're reaaaaally excited.
The trailer came after some online teasing from Matthew and Idris the night before.
