    So, here are some other shows that will make you laugh and cry with laughter.

    Or sometimes just cry because great comedies can do that, too.

    1. The Bob Newhart Show

    A comedy about trying to live a mentally healthy life in modern society? Aged like fine wine.

    2. Cheers

    The "Cheers" gang sits around the bar, laughing

    There's "will they/won't they," there's hijinks, there's great times to be found here.

    3. The Comeback

    How about a compromise? You can watch one of the Friends cast members in a comedy.

    4. The Dick Van Dyke Show

    A landmark show and a very funny one.

    10. New Girl

    If you want a rom-com, might I suggest this, which is basically Notting Hill with the roles reversed.
