    I learned about an Asian bread-baking technique called "tangzhong" I got from Cooks Illustrated- you cook a portion of flour and liquid til it forms a sort of pudding like gel, then its added to the rest of the dough. I know it sounds weird, but omg does it make my sticky buns soft…

    Frozen Yakisoba! Delicious and great for my teacher lunch when I have no strength in the morning to think about making it. Their frozen with berry sauce is also completely worth the insane crowds.

    There is almost nothing that I've gotten that wasn't fantastic but I especially loved their frozen rice and quinoa, frozen croissants and churros, and their ice cream cookie sandwiches. The cheese selection is great- the pretzels buns are great to pair with some homemade cheeseburgers…
