Amy _used_ to be a drama queen. For a long time, she lived her life like she was the star of a basic cable reality series: she screamed at co-workers, cried in public, stole her friends’ boyfriends, and spent too much money on ineffective detox teas. It dawned on her recently, however, that all the outrageous antics were making her feel worse, not better, so now she’s working with a therapist to get her attention-seeking behavior under control.

Minka is so conflict-averse that she can’t even watch fictional characters argue on TV. She doesn’t like secrets or gossip or anything that could lead to hurt feelings. She’s a compulsively honest people-pleaser with an annoying tendency to apologize for things that aren’t her fault.

While Jason knows everything about everyone and frequently gets worked up about things that don’t involve him directly, he’s a spectator. He likes experience drama a distance. He’s happy just watching other people’s lives and provides color commentary. He doesn’t feel any real need to disrupt his own life or be the disruption in anyone else’s.

Don’t let Helena’s grandmotherly exterior fool you, beneath all the soft Dress Barn knits is a messy bitch who fucking _lives_ for drama. While her friends mostly knit and play card games, Helena spends her time stirring shit, throwing shade, and spilling a bunch of scalding hot tea. She openly talks about the Real Housewives as role models and feels a surge of pride any time someone jokes that her family reunions should be hosted by Andy Cohen. Her go-to move at the moment? Forwarding gossipy emails to the “wrong” people and then pretending she doesn’t know how “that damned internet thing” works when she gets called out.

Sean seems like a nice guy, but deep down he’s a Nice Guy™ — you know, the kind of guy who’s only nice when he expects something specific in return. When he doesn’t get what he wants, however, Sean can be passive aggressive. His text game goes from 0 to 100, real quick. He’ll say inflammatory things and then claim to be the victim, which is classic drama queen behavior, but also just kind of dickish? On the whole, Sean is definitely more of a dick than a drama queen.
