Parks and rec: Halloween surprise. Leslie as Rosie the Riveter + Jerry's fart attack + the amazing surprise at the end makes it one of my favorite tv episodes of all time, not just in the Halloween category.

There is a little blood the first time you try to put it in while you're figuring out how to use it, but pulling it out is blood free, and I haven't had bloody fingers putting it in any time since.
