1. Love Vera — a lingerie shop with everything from pretty lace teddies to everyday T-shirt bras that'll have you feeling sexy and confident day or night.

2. Nappy Headed Club celebrates natural hair and unapologetic Blackness through dope clothing and accessories. It was founded by two sisters, Rachel Topping and Rikki-Richelle, who were simply fed up with the lack of representation in mainstream media.

3. The Trini Gee is the perfect shop for anyone who loves both art and pop culture. The brand highlights many Black musicians, actors, and historic figures on their wide variety of sweatshirts, T-shirts, tote bags, and more.

4. Cee Cee's Closet, a NYC-based brand, is best-known for their colorful, printed head wraps, but they also sell clothing, accessories, and body care. Most of the products are designed by founding sisters, Chioma and Uchenna Ngwudo, and then are handmade in Nigeria.

5. Hanifa sells gorgeous knitwear in bold, vibrant colors that has gotten them tons of attention on social media over the years. This luxurious, yet totally wearable brand also carries stylish shoes, leather dresses, satin pant suits, and more. It has been worn by big-name celebs like Beyoncé, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Issa Rae.

6. Create The Culture is a modern embroidery shop where you can find incredible hand-embroidered apparel and accessories. Many of the pieces feature icons such as Beyoncé, Prince, and Lauryn Hill.

15. Nubian Skin is a woman-owned small biz created by Ade Hassan, who was frustrated by the lack of "nude" options offered by most underwear companies. The brand works to be inclusive of various skin tones, sizes, and genders, while offering bras, underwear, hosiery, and more.

25. Curverra, founded by Atlanta-based designer Adrienne Parker, is a small biz that offers chic, stylish plus-size clothing. They're one of my go-tos for fun vacation or going out looks.

26. Kin Apparel — a woman-owned brand founded by haircare content creator Philomina Kane. Her high-quality hoodie line is inspired by her Ghanaian culture and her passion for natural haircare. All of the hoodies are satin-lined, which helps natural hair to retain moisture and avoid damage and breakage.

27. Onalaja sells contemporary clothing with semi-couture elements. Designer Kanyinsola Onalaja draws inspiration from traditional Nigerian craft techniques to create her bold designs.
