That's Me: A Red Hot (Chili Peppers) Mama

Up until recently, Matt, our 12-year-old, had been pretty content to follow his parents' lead when it comes to choosing music. In fact, he's a self-declared classic-rock fan, after we introduced him to the Beatles, The Who and Led Zeppelin. (Matt even plays a mean "Stairway to Heaven" on the piano.) Today, something changed. We just started allowing him to download songs from iTunes, with permission. Out of the blue, he asked, "Hey Mom, is it OK if I download "Snow (Hey Oh)" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers? Huh?
