"Inside Out 2," "Elemental," And All The Other Pixar And Disney Animation Films Previewed At D23 2022

    "Elemental" looks really special.

Pixar and Disney Animation have spent the last few decades making films that create everlasting memories for families and make grown men cry (Nemo just gets to me for some reason, I don't know...).

Both studios showed off their might at Disney's D23 Expo 2022, previewing a number of upcoming films. And I was in the building for it all!

Here is a list of all the Pixar and Disney Animation films that were previewed at D23 this year:

A movie about a man made of water and a woman made of fire, falling in love. I can already feel the warm fuzzies from this one. The teaser that was shown to the crowd at D23 was an incomplete piece of art... but a piece of art nonetheless. This one will be a classic, I'm calling it. Elemental stars Leah Lewis and Mamoudou Athie and hit theaters on June 16, 2023.

#pixar showed us a look at their new film #Elemental. Very cute looking film. Wade (a man made of water) and Ember (a lady made of fire) are caught in an interesting love story.

Disney's big movie this Thanksgiving is Strange World. The cast came out to introduce some footage from the film at D23, which was light-hearted and fast-paced. We got to see the Clade family escaping a group of what looked like aliens mixed with spiders, and the dynamic was comical! Strange World stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Dennis Quaid, Jaboukie Young-White, and Lucy Liu and hit theaters on Nov. 23, 2022.

    8. WISH

Walt Disney Animation Studios revealed a FIRST LOOK at “Wish,” their all-new animated feature film that explores how the iconic wishing star came to be. (1/2) #D23Expo

    Twitter: @Disney

The showcase ended with a preview of Wish, and Ariana DeBose came out to sing the theme song from the upcoming film. Set for a fall 2023 release, Wish will be an easter-egg-filled Disney adventure that follows Asha (DeBose), a hero who calls to the stars for help. Disney seemed REALLY excited about this one so I can't wait to see the final product.
