As a parent, I usually rate kids' movies based on how the film lands its story and jokes with both kids and adults. Some can walk this fine line perfectly, while others completely miss the mark. There are countless films that, as a child, I had no clue what I was laughing at but just knew it made my mom giggle, so it must be funny.
.In Frozen, Kristoff asks for Hans foot size when questioning how well Anna knows Hans, and Anna responds, "foot size doesn't matter."
.Did you ever catch in The Nightmare Before Christmas how the mayor of Halloween town has two faces? The literal depiction of a two-faced politician.
.Ted from Jingle All the Way asking Howard if he'd like for him to check if his wife was showering. The creepiest of neighbors.
.In Jingle All the Way, Howard calls home to talk to his wife and hears from his son that she's next door "petting Ted." Not realizing Ted is his neighbor's reindeer.
.Scott can be one hell of a roaster in The Santa Clause when he gets handed his ex-wife's new mother in laws number and responds "1-800-SPANK-ME, I know that number!"
.Apparently, Scott had a good time back in the day as he lets his kid know that it ain't the first time he's flown when first getting lifted by Santa's magical sack, and says, "It's ok, I'm used to it. I lived through the 60s."
.Buddy in Elf buying his dad some lingerie because he saw that lingerie is given to someone special in your life.
.In Elf, when Miles Finch lets Buddy know just how crazy the women go for a children's book author, saying, "I get more action in a week than you have your entire life."
.Did you catch in How the Grinch Stole Christmas how a Whoville resident finally gets his baby delivered and he responds, "Hey honey, our baby's here. He looks just like your boss."
.The Grinch in How the Grinch Stole Christmas "wetting his whistle" off an old man's hooch.
.The swingers bowl in How the Grinch Stole Christmas shows just how freaky the town of Whoville can get.
.The Grinch is not a fan of "cash bars" as we see in this scene when he's debating going to an event where he's to be inducted as the Holiday cheermeister.
.Buzz's Playboy magazine in Home Alone that Kevin finally gets to read, though Kevin doesn't see the allure in a naked woman being the innocent kid he is.
.When Uncle Frank in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York apparently told Kevin that if he ever saw him naked, "He'd grow up never feeling like a real man."
.Clark having a pool fantasy with the sales associate he was talking to earlier in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
