To soothe your mind, turn to your green thumb. Go out and find a cute, little plant to bring home and brighten up your living space! It doesn't have to be big or terribly hard to take care of (especially if your green thumb isn't so green). Buy a plant such as a succulent... they're a great example of an adorable plant that doesn't require an extensive amount of care.

Right now, what you need most is a long soak. Fill up that bathtub you never use with some hot water and get one of those bath bombs you've always seen other people trying! Sit back, light some candles, grab a book, and unwind with the hot water and soothing scents.

Let go of your busy schedule for just a second and focus on some fun DIY crafts! Focusing on just one thing will help your worries seem less overwhelming and you'll make something cool in the process!

Do some DIY crafts

Now cleaning may not be your favorite thing to do, but taking half an hour to neaten up your workspace or your bedroom can be a game-changer when it comes to feeling stressed out. You need to feel comfortable and uncluttered in your surroundings. Take some time to put things up, fold your laundry, vacuum, and play some music while you work! You'll feel a whole lot more organized and relaxed in the end.

What you're lacking right now is some time with your bestie(s)! Meet up with them for coffee or go over for a movie night! If you need to, use the time to talk about some of the things that are stressing you out. Hanging out with your partner-in-crime and getting some time to do things you both enjoy will be good for you and anything you're worrying about.

Visit your best friend

You know that electronic thing you're using right now to take this quiz? Put it down. You need some time away from your tweets and texts and social statuses. Unplug and leave your phone somewhere you aren't thinking about it! Getting away from the sometimes-stressful, digital crowd will help you take a moment for yourself. Go for a walk or read that book you've been meaning to finish! It'll help you get some "me time" and find your focus again.
