Response to Striking Images Of Obama’s African Protesters:
They’re not far off. Killer Mike said it best …
“Ronald Reagan was an actor, not at all a factor
Just an employee for the country’s real masters.
Just like Bushes, Clinton and Obama
Just another talking head telling lies on teleprompters.
If you don’t believe the theory, then argue with this logic
Why did Reagan and Obama both go after Qaddafi
We invaded sovereign soil, going after oil
Taking countries is a hobby paid for by the oil lobby
Same as in Iraq, and Afghanistan”
Isn’t Pepsi based in the Middle East?!
Response to These Pictures Of Marines Drinking Snake Blood Are The Most Insane Things You’ll See Today:
WHERE DO I SIGN UP?!!!!
Well played, MMR!

Response to Do We Need A Postal Service Reunion?:
I was lucky to see Postal Service on their 2003 tour in Minneapolis. They played a tiny, 300 capacity club - The 7th Street Entry and I had to wait in line for an hour before they let me in. PS put on an amazing show (and I never knew Gibbard played the drums too!) Out of the 1000s of shows I’ve been to, this one is in my top 5.
Gibbard has repeatedly said there won’t be another album, but I think it’s great that they’re playing shows again. I’ve seen PS on a few big festivals, hopefully I can see them at Bonaroo!
Response to The 13 Most Pretentious Band Name Origins:
No mention of possibly the most pretentious band name ever: …And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead.
Several years ago I read on their website their name comes from ancient Mayan writings, but I’m not going to bother double-checking on that
