      I am a treatment provider who works with people who have OCD. A lot of the research states that pure O doesn’t exist - you likely have rituals, just things that are more mental. If you’re not aware of them, find a treatment provider who can help you pick through them more. Rituals can be mental. Reassurance, analyzing, challenging the thoughts, thought stopping, distraction. Ask yourself what you do to “feel better” about the thoughts. Does that work for a brief period of time but not for long and ultimately make you feel worse? Those are your rituals. What you can do instead of sit with uncertainty. Read up some more on this, you will find a ton. Good luck.
