Impulse Cosmetics photoshops the same pair of lips for a lot of their images, oftentimes the color in the photo is vastly different from the actual product. They’ve also stolen at least one picture from another indie seller, cropped it, rotated it, and are currently using it as a product photo. As others have said, any translucent, matte powder will mattify lipsticks. Applying it through a tissue works best.
Beware, Impulse Cosmetics has issues with stealing photographs from other indies, misleading listing info, and photoshopping product photos to the point that they look entirely different than the actual product.
