25 Things That Happen When You Get Into Yoga

    Don't even talk to me until I've done my sun salutations.

    1. Your time on the mat changes your time off the mat.

    2. You become one of THOSE people who won't shut up about their practice.

    3. You have YOUR favorite props.

    4. You develop muscles you never knew you had.

    5. You'll use any space to practice, no matter how small.

    6. You realize that yoga sweat is very, very intense.

    7. Inversions used to scare you, but now you see how satisfying and challenging they can be.

    8. You hate to admit it, but sometimes you still get confused by the strap.

    9. You try to get everyone to try yoga, just once.

    10. Nothing feels better than a good eagle wrap at the end of the day.

    11. You spend a good part of your work day considering quitting and doing yoga teacher training.

    12. Your mat goes everywhere with you, like a best buddy.

    13. Perfecting your vinyasa is at the top of your goals.
