This "Game Of Thrones" Fan May Have Figured Out What Sansa's Letter Said

Contains spoilers if you're behind on the show.

In Season 6, Episode 7 of Game of Thrones, Sansa and Jon try rather unsuccessfully to recruit Northern houses to help them take back Winterfell.

Jon and Sansa argue over whether they should go into battle anyway – with Jon rejecting Sansa's insistence that more men are required before they can fight.

We then see Sansa writing a letter, and although some words are obvious – "Winterfell" and "Sansa Stark" – it's unclear exactly what it says and who it's addressed to.

Thankfully, one eagle-eyed Reddit user seems to have figured out what it says, using this shot.

...and, by tracing over the visible words and making some educated guesses, created this very handy translation.

Although some have speculated the letter is for Robin Arryn or Yohn Royce, the most likely candidate seems to be Littlefinger.

He was the one who approached her in Episode 5 to offer the help of the Knights of the Vale, and it seems she's calling in that favour. She really didn't want to accept his help, and doing so now indicates she believes it's the only way to get Winterfell back. She may just be right, but let's hope it doesn't blow up in her face. Because if there's one thing that's certain on this show, it's that Littlefinger can't be trusted.
