There's a good chance we'll get a similar shot to this in the season finale. What's interesting here, in this vision, is that Dany approaches the throne but turns away before she actually touches it.
It suggests that, despite everything, Dany will never actually sit on the throne. Which makes sense given her actions in the last episode. There's no way she can rule now.
Maybe the "bittersweet" ending — and the way she'll be reunited with Drogo and her lost family. Although, uh, I don't know where the "sweet" really comes into it; it's more just bitter.
And honestly, even these visions and other moments of foreshadowing don't negate the fact that the past two seasons haven't adequately explored Daenerys's downfall, with this season in particular feeling rushed and underdeveloped.
