You say "yes" to everything and end up doing things you're super not interested in because you're afraid of letting others down. It's not a bad thing to set boundaries and say "no" sometimes – the people who matter will understand.

You're a people pleaser

The last time you got a good night's rest was when you were in the womb. You don't know what it's like to NOT be tired. But there's probably something you could do to improve your energy levels – whether that's switching up your routine, your eating habits or how often you exercise.

You're tired all the time

You can count the number of friends you have on one hand. But that's not necessarily a bad thing – it's all about quality, not quantity, especially as you get older. It's hard to make friends as an adult, but you could try joining a book or sports club or take up some kind of class to meet new people.

You don't have many friends

There are probably few people in the world who completely love how they look. But honestly, it's such a waste of energy to spend time hating yourself. Next time you put yourself down, ask yourself whether you'd talk to a friend like that – if the answer is no, you definitely shouldn't be treating yourself in that way. Be kinder to yourself.

You don't like the way you look

You're ambitious and want to do ALL of the things, which is great. But it can come at a cost, and you risk burning out. Take a good hard look at your activities and question if they're ALL really necessary. It might be time to make some cuts so you have more space to breathe.

You're always way too busy

We all get a little lazy sometimes. It's good to have days where you do nothing and can just recharge. But if every day is like that then it can leave you feel super unproductive and bad. If you struggle with motivation, try creating a schedule for yourself or a rewards-based system. You can do it!
