Pavlova Is Actually Not Even Australian

    Pavlova is widely known as a great Australian dessert.

    And it has become an Aussie Christmas staple.

    But... it's not actually even Australian at all.

    Yep, the first ever recorded recipe of pavlova comes from a New Zealand cookbook published in 1927.

    It was named after ballerina Anna Pavlova when she visited Wellington in 1926.
