In an interview with Billboard that was released today, Miley Cyrus has revealed that she's releasing a new single on May 11.

The article covers a lot of things, from her relationship with Liam Hemsworth, to quitting smoking, and her sister Noah.

Miley's back, y'all!
It's called "Malibu" and she wrote it in an Uber on her way to a taping of The Voice. The author of the article described Miley's new music as "an unprecedented dose of twang to a mix that includes quiet acoustic turns and epic pop."
She also says that her new album is political and personal, and a lot of it was written by her. There's a song on there about Hillary Clinton, and one about women in the workplace. "This record is a reflection of the fact that yes, I don’t give a fuck," she told Billboard, "but right now is not a time to not give a fuck about people."
Yep, I'm hanging out for "Hoedown Throwdown" 2.0.
