18 Things You Know If You're A Lazy Fit Person

1. You love the feeling you get after a morning workout.


2. But a lot of the time it's just way too difficult to get out of bed.

3. You love to eat healthy food...

4. ...but you often cbf actually preparing a whole meal, so your dinners look a little like this.

5. You're always looking for "get fit quick" programs, because you can't imagine going to the gym every damn day.

6. But really you know that you'll only see results if you put enough effort in.

7. If your gym is within walking distance of your house, you've found yourself driving there on more than a few occasions.


8. You say that it's hard to find time to exercise... but can easily find time for other things.

Ugh, who has time to work out? -I say before a 45 minute nap.

9. Sometimes at the gym you find yourself on cardio machines doing the bare minimum.


10. But when you suck it up, you absolutely crush your workout.


11. When it comes time to hit the gym, you search everywhere for excuses not to go.

13. Your wardrobe is like 50% gym clothes, because you're too lazy to do laundry more than once a week.

14. You love that day-after-leg-day shaky feeling in your legs...


15. ...because it's an excuse to have a rest day and not leave bed at all.


16. When you start noticing your gains, you're filled with pride.


17. Then ten minutes later, you're filled with pizza, because, well, you've earned it.


18. And at the end of the day, you're pretty proud that you've found the perfect balance between living your best lazy life, and being a health goddess.
