I gotta say, it's actually really yum...to the point where I had to physically stop myself cracking open a second bottle as soon as I finished the first. Or cocktails. Or you can just DIY it at home. From personal experience I can say that kombucha and gin go really well together, as do a strawberry booch with red wine. Don't knock it 'til you try it. And juice. You can find it in a number of places if you know where to look, like this place in Atlanta, this one in San Diego or just make your own. There are some bakeries out there even putting kombucha in their cakes and frosting. There's probably not enough in there to benefit you in anyway but it certainly sounds like it could be delicious!
