In Indiana we started changing clocks maybe 15 years ago or so. I remember thinking…. Whhhyyy. I never had an issue not changing my clocks except it was hard to remember which zone we were in bc it changed when everyone else changed their clocks.

I was wondering the same… and the groom too? Why would you need to lie to the groom? How do you just disappear and nobody suspects?

Unfortunately… until something awful happens that can be proven… nothing can really be done. Emotional abuse is just so difficult to prove. Even if it’s so apparent.
