Minor spoilers ahead for "House Of The Dragon" Episode 1!
In case you somehow missed it, House Of The Dragon — the long-awaited prequel to Game Of Thrones that follows House Targaryen's history — is finally here.
The storyline is captivating, the characters are interesting and the production value to bring Westeros to life once again is off the charts.
But the standout from House Of Dragon so far has to be its phenomenal cast. In particular, fans singled out Australian actor Milly Alcok, saying that she's already given an "all-time performance" playing Rhaenyra Targaryen.
They also highlighted her flawless execution while speaking High Valyrian, especially in the scene where she says "dracarys".
As well as her chemistry with Matt Smith, who plays Daemon Targaryen.
If you don't know much about Milly, she's an up-and-coming Aussie actor who has appeared in The Gloaming, Reckoning and Upright — but this is her first major international role and she has absolutely killed it.
Rhaenyra has already become my favourite House Of The Dragon character and based on Milly's performance, I feel like she's going to be huge. From one fellow Aussie to another, I can't wait to see what else she does.
