Kourtney Kardashian posted this ~wellness tip~ on her Facebook page yesterday.
She revealed that she drinks a big teaspoon of warm, molten ghee from a little cup every day.
Yup, you read right. Ghee, without which most desi food is incomplete, which you have been consuming your whole life if you're South Asian.
According to Kourtney's website, ghee is "rich in oil-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, as well as K2 and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) antioxidants", which is the longer version of your mom telling you that another paratha won't hurt.
