The police is very satisfied with the week that has just past. Not one murder! Ray Kelly, police commissioner, says it proves that the city is becoming safer. In 2013 there have 'only' been 256 murders so far. Of course this seems to be a lot, but in the same period - from january until october - of 2012, there had already been 346 murders.
