I put the 3- to 4.5-foot channels on first then cut the last channel twice for each end of the door so the edges would be flush. I used the supplied self-taping screws. No issues and tightened up pretty good. Used window cleaner for lubrication and I also put silicone between the channel and garage door bottom. My gaps are now gone. Great buy!!!" —Anthony Bonano
