A win-win if you're gifting this to YOUR significant other, amiright?
Promising review: "My boyfriend konks out as soon as he hits the pillow, leaving me to stare at my phone for hours trying to fall asleep. The lamp bothers him, so I couldn’t read. Of course, looking at my phone didn’t make me sleepy; in fact, it increases my stress while trying to fall asleep. I am a bookworm and years ago used to read every night in bed to fall asleep (before cell phones were a big thing). As I grew into adulthood, I got out of that habit. I’m trying to get back into it, and this light is my solution. The lowest setting is a very warm tone and doesn’t bother my love while he’s falling asleep. So happy! It’s exactly what I was looking for. I can see where this would be helpful on planes too. Excited! Highly recommend for the insomniac bookworm in your life." —Sarah

Promising review: "These things are a lifesaver. I'm never one to spend on things like book marks but when I saw these I had to have them. Not only are you able to remember your page in the book, you can remember the last freaking word you left off on with these. Solid build, great feel to them, but definitely not recommended for textbooks (obviously). Even the slightly taller books hold these well." —Manuel S.

Promising review: "If I could give this 10 stars I would! It’s soft and comfortable and amazing! I bought it for after surgery recovery when I had to sleep sitting up, now I use it for reading and watching TV. It’s real memory foam and the cover is so soft! I bought a cheaper one first that was terrible. This gives just the right amount of support and never goes flat. Even though it’s filled with pieces, it never feels lumpy." —mommyof10

Above all, depending on how old you are, it's quirky and retro, or sweetly nostalgic. I get compliments and comments every time I wear it — it's a real conversation starter! Can you tell I love it? You will too! Ordering one for my daughter so that she stops stealing mine" —Robyne

My mother-in-law gifted me this for Christmas and it has been sooooo satisfying to fill out. It's been really fun to reflect on each book upon finishing it. It's helped me stay on top of who I've loaned books to as well.
Promising review: "I do a lot of reading, and it becomes cumbersome sometimes to keep the books straight. This helps me with that. And when I'm talking with someone about a book I really liked, but I can't quite bring up the title, I can consult my notes and find out what I need to know. There are separate sections in this journal. A two-page spread for each book you read where you can put pertinent details (author, number of pages, publisher, where you got the book on one side, and your notes and 'review' on the other side. A table of contents can show the books listed in that section so you don't buy them again (something I have done more times than I care to mention. Another section is just to list the various books you've heard about and want to get later. You can mark them out as you get them. The journal is small enough that you can easily put it in your purse to carry with you. I really like this little book for organizing my reading life!" —Linda Keenan

Promising review: "For what these are I could not be more pleased. The quality of the cards themselves are super realistic and look as if they were each hand-written or typed. There are a lot of buyers complaining that the box is made out of 'cardboard,' but I believe it is an industrial strength paper about 1/8 inch in thickness and very sturdy. The wood grain is also very well-done and even upon close inspection looks like real English oak. Very nice and I will be purchasing several more." —Bisquitlips

Promising review: "Brilliant! Charming! Classic celebration of the heart and kindness of New York! What's New York without its independent shops? And what's an independent shop without an independent cat presiding? The photography is as charming and spontaneous as the writing. Serving up lovely portraits that are true without being gooey! Love. It." —Martha Finney

My mom put these in my stocking a few years ago and I'm a big fan! The tea is delish and I love the sayings on the tags.

My friend loves history and tea and I can't believe I found the perfect gift to represent them both. The design is perfect and just like described. Promising review: "As a freelance stage manager, I am not kind to my hands. On one day, I can be responsible for office work, set construction and costume changes. After 24 hours of work, this bandage did not come up. I could wash my hands, bend my knuckle enough to type and when I finally removed it, it left no residue behind. Shakespeare fans may be disappointed because the bandaids do not have 15 different sayings, but for a product that does its job and looks nerdy, they’re amazing." —Cam and Jade

Promising review: "Love the recipes, and the variety: simple, complex, sweet, tart, bitter etc. The literary puns were spot-on, and I liked the idea that the drink could match both the themes at work in the story, and sometimes even the literary criticism surrounding the novel. The suggested games at the end were very funny, and the illustrations also added to the whole presentation." —Spilt Over

I was gifted a year of Book of the Month for my birthday one year, and to date it is one of the best things I've received. There are few things as satisfying as getting truly lost in the pages of a good book. Each month, they'll be permitted to choose one of four books, all of which are different genres. Then, the book they selected will be delivered to their door. Magic! Excuse me, I need to re-up my subscription.
