No, I made this one up. Victorian ladies _weren't_ encouraged to faint on cue, thankfully.

George Routledge (yes, a man), the writer of [_Routledge's Manual of Etiquette_](https://archive.org/stream/routledgesmanual12426gut/12426.txt) instructed ladies that were out and about to always wear perfectly fitting gloves, but he doesn't say _why._

Yep, I made this up. But I do think a summer party can always be improved by a nice bit of bunting.

Looks like your knowledge of Victorian etiquette is lacking. Maybe you should borrow a copy of the _Moral Encyclopaedia_ and find out what you've been missing.

Not bad! You got a fair amount right, but some of the more ridiculous rules left you stumped.
