Can We Guess Your Personality Based On The Superpower You Want?

You’re a no-nonsense, straight talker who wholly believes that “honesty is the best policy”. You’re usually the one your friends go to for advice because they know you’ll tell them the truth, and you’re rarely afraid to say what’s on your mind. On top of your honesty, you’re pretty fearless too. In arguments, you prefer to talk things out and sort it out then and there, rather than pretend everything is OK, even if the confrontation is difficult. For that reason, reading people’s minds would be ideal, since you’d have the ability to cut the bullshit and find out what people really think.

Telepathy

You’ve always been a fan of efficiency, which means anything you do, you usually do as quick as possible. This affinity for productivity and quick results comes from the high standards you have for yourself, which can sometimes do more harm than good when you put too much pressure on yourself to succeed. You’re also pretty impatient, and tend to get frustrated when things aren’t done as quickly as you’d like. For this reason, teleportation would be ideal for you; just a click of the fingers and you’re gone with no fuss.

You’re a naturally curious person, who’s constantly wanting to learn and be involved. This curiosity can sometimes come across as being nosey, since you’re always asking “what happened?”, and you tend to accidentally put your nose in situations that don’t concern you. However, your inquisitive mind means you can retain large amounts of information (you were probably good at cramming for exams at school) and are a natural at giving good advice. Invisibility would be a dream for you because you could not only explore wherever you wanted, but you could SPY on people, and what’s better than that?

You’re a strong-minded individual, who likes to have things organised and in check, otherwise it’s very easy for you to freak out. You’ve never been a huge fan of change, you like what you like and you’re not ashamed of that; for this reason, you’ve always been pretty persuasive at bringing people round to your point of view. You were the type of person in school who could talk your way out of a detention, and for you, mind control would make your life ten times easier.

You’re a relaxed individual whose greatest power is the fact you rarely get stressed. This cool demeanour means you’re a chill presence to be around, and people gravitate towards you because of it, but it also means you’re guilty of being lazy. If you really want something, you’ll put your mind to it to get it, but you’re also a grade A procrastinator. Ever held your pee because you can’t be bothered to get up? Strained for the remote control when you could just get up and get it? No wonder you’d like the power of telekinesis.

Telekinesis

You’re a born nurturer, so it’s in your nature to care for everyone you come across, even if you don’t mean to. In your friendship group you’re either the “mum” or the “problem solver”, both of which portray your instinct to look after people. Your hospitality may come from an experience you’ve had in your life – perhaps you’ve had to care for someone’s who’s sick, experienced the death of someone close to you, or you’re even an older sibling – either way, your desire to heal is evident of your benevolence.

Healing

You’re a calm, easygoing person who much prefers to go with the flow than take anything too seriously. Rigid plans make you way more nervous than no plans at all because it leaves no room for flexibility, which is why you always like to have a backup plan (and LOVE when people cancel plans). Your carefree attitude complements your free spirited nature and your lust for adventure. You’ve always wanted to travel the world, and if you had the power to fly, you’d do just that.

Flying

You’re a determined individual with a competitive streak, which started when you were at school. You’re rarely aggressive in your desire to win, but whatever you do, you always want to be the best at it, and you can beat yourself up pretty hard when this isn’t the case. This competitive nature and drive comes from the fact you’re very ambitious. You enjoy the feeling of overcoming a hard feat and achieving your goals, and all of this is evident in your desire for superhuman strength.

Superhuman strength

People who choose immortality usually want it for one of two reasons: a fear of the unknown or a curiosity for the future. If you’re the first person, you may have had an experience that has made you feat the idea. Perhaps it was the death of a loved one, or a near death experience, either way the thought of dying terrifies you, and you’d like to put it off as long as possible. If you’re the second person, you’re probably a naturally curious person, who merely wants to live forever to see what will happen.
