10 Iconic "Parks And Rec" Scenes That Live In My Head Rent Free

As I'm sure you know, Parks and Recreation is a television sitcom that first aired in 2009. The show had a cast of very well-known actors such as Amy Poehler, Aubrey Plaza, and Nick Offerman. The show went on for 7 amazing seasons and has been my favorite show since I started watching it back in high school. The story follows a bureaucrat named Leslie Knope in a mockumentary style show. Since I have such a passion for this show, I have compiled a list of some of the best Park and Rec scenes that live in my head rent-free.

1. The Coffee Scene

This is definitely a cold opening that people who've never even watched Parks and Rec could recognize. BTW, this won’t be the last time we see a scene from this episode.

2. Galentine's Day

I wish I could have been invited to one of Leslie Knope's Galentine's Day celebrations! 😭

3. Leslie and Ben Kissing For the First Time

The first time I watched this scene, I screamed. What's their ship-name? I propose Len or Beslie...

This episode is the sole reason I go broke every time I go shopping. It has become my mantra, and I'm sure a bunch of you can relate. Treat. Yo. Self.

5. Li'l Sebastian Memorial Service

Pawnee, Indiana, is the only place you’ll find a whole town mourning the loss of a little horse. At least we got a nice song from it!

I will never forgive Jam for ruining the original wedding, but their office wedding ended up being very cute. I’m also going to see if Ann can design my suit for my wedding.

9. Snakejuice at the Snakehole Lounge

We’re brought back to this episode because it also brings us this great scene at the Snakehole Lounge when everyone is drunk off Snakejuice. I think we’ve all had this Ron moment...

10. And lastly... Leslie Winning City Council

Leslie’s entire campaign could have its own list, but her winning definitely tops all of it. Honestly, I wouldn't have accepted her loss.
