This campaign is old as fuck. Also, number 8 is just a poorly photoshopped fan replica, that's why the woman seems so happy and the piece feels out of place.
The concept of this series is somewhat similar to the "Last Meals Project", an (I think) ongoing project by Jonathon Kambouris. Although the author of the latter does make a political statement through his piece.
Actually, Sleepless in Seattle's spanish title would be more accurately translated to "Tune of Love". The word "Sintonía" is a very specific reference to radio signals.
