This is downright epic. This orchestra covers the 2001 Grammy-award winning song Schism by the band Tool. The piano solo (yes, there’s a piano solo, and no, it’s not as lame as that sounds) is actually amazing. The end is crank-that-sh*t-up worthy. Everything about this works remarkably, unexpectedly well.
Sure, everyone loves a good rags-to-riches story of amateur musicians getting their big break, leaping from amateur karaoke enthusiast to chart-topping pop superstars. But this list is about the ones who are still lesser-known—the musicians making great, fun, goofy, creative or otherwise awesome music with (relatively) few subscribers to appreciate their efforts.
