"SNL" Just Announced Who's Leaving The Cast And Who's Joining For Season 47

Season 47 is going to have the largest cast in SNL history.

A new season of Saturday Night Live is just a few days away!

Like with every season, there are a few casting changes heading into Season 47.

Beck Bennett and Lauren Holt are both leaving the cast.

Beck was on the show for eight seasons, while Lauren was a featured player in Season 46.

Bowen Yang and Chloe Fineman have been promoted to repertory players.

Yay for Emmy nominee Bowen and master impressionist Chloe!!

And three new comedians are joining the cast as featured players! Here's where you've seen them before:

    Sara Sherman

Otherwise known as Sarah Squirm on social media, she's best known for her short film Sarah Vaccine and comedy that makes you cringe as hard as it makes you laugh — see for yourself. Her previous work also includes writing on the Netflix series Magic for Humans and appearances on Adult Swim and The Eric Andre Show.

    James Austin Johnson

James might be best known for his many viral videos imitating Donald Trump, so there's a good chance we'll get to see his impression on the show. Before that, James appeared in the film Hail, Caesar! and did voice work on Tuca and Bertie in addition to his stand-up career.

    Aristotle Athari

Aristotle played the incredibly annoying Gabe on HBO’s Silicon Valley, in which he had a lot of scenes with Kumail Nanjiani's character, Dinesh. He was also a writer and director on the Comedy Central web series How to Be Broke and costarred in Eko's interactive murder mystery The Coop.

The cast now has 21 people, making it the largest in the show's 40+ year history (you can trust me, I counted).

And in case you were wondering after last season, Kate McKinnon, Kenan Thompson, Aidy Bryant, Cecily Strong, and Pete Davidson are all returning.

Who else is excited for a new season of SNL???
