Which Major Sports City Should You Live In?

On a scale of 1-10, how much do people hate your football team?

What do you like doing in your free time?

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

You cried tears of joy when the curse of the Bambino was broken. You think Tom Brady is the eight wonder of the world. You've screamed "Yankees Suck!" at games where the Yankees weren't playing. Hell, you've probably screamed it at basketball or football games too. Maybe even hockey. You know that hard work, dedication, and devotion, will pay off in the end. You wear your heart on your sleeve, curse a lot, and your passion is second to none. You don't care if people hate you or say that your team sucks, you will be a Boston fan until the day you die.

Boston

The happiest moment of your life was when the Cubs broke the curse of the billy goat. You relive the glory days of Micheal Jordan. You can be a little bit pretentious and classist sometimes, especially when faced with a White Sox fan. You are cautiously optimistic and superstitious. You are loyal as hell, and you know the value of unconditional love. You deserve to win. You've waited for this. You love your team, and you are the most loyal, patient, and devoted sports city there is.

Chicago

You know that the Cowboys are "America's Team." You know that Bret Hull's Stanley Cup winning goal in 1999 WAS legal. Not to mention, it was a pretty fantastic goal. You are an eternal optimist, and you aren't easily bothered. Nicknames like "the cowgirls" don't even get to you. You know it's a good time to be a Dallas fan. You know that Dallas will have it's year and you know that it's gonna be soon.

Dallas- Fort Worth

Detroit may be a tough town, but it ain’t a soulless one. You can be a great sports town without being ruthless. You're a realist. You know that the Pistons or the Tigers or the Red Wings aren't going to win anytime soon, even though the latter has a closet that is full of Stanley Cups from the glory days. And the Lions are, well, the Lions. You respect and try to be there for everyone. You're a quality human being. You keep going through it all, and you will always root for your team. You ain't a fair weather fan, and that's what's most important.

Detroit

If you come from out of town in Los Angeles, and you don't really care about sports, you become an LA fan pretty quick. The star power, sheer number of teams, and generally successful teams make being an LA fan a pretty sweet deal. But other than loving Yasiel Puig, you don't really care about sports, unless your team is doing well. You haven't figured out yet if you're going to be a Chargers fan or a Rams fan. You'e a fair weather fan, but that's because you have lots of things to do. You're a multi-tasker. You have so many interesting things to focus on, and you absorb as much as you can of all of them. You're laid back, chill, and you are living life to the fullest.

Los Angeles

Ahhh... South Floridians. Maybe it's the beautiful weather, but you have a different mindset about sports than say... Boston or New York. You don't sit around bitching and complaining that your team hasn't won a Super Bowl since 1973. You pick up and keep going, and you keep being a Dolphins fan. You're funny, chill, and unlike other fan bases, you're nice. Brawls don't break out in your stadiums (not as often, anyway), and you know you can love and support your team without being a total dick.

Miami

You can't get into a sports argument without saying the words "27 rings" at least once. You defend the Giants and their joke of a season this year by remembering when they beat the Patriots in 20007 and 2011. You are uptight and fast-moving. You are confident, cocky, and positive. You have faith in your team, because remember, you hold 27 rings. You know that the Big Apple is the greatest city in the world, and that you hate the Boston Red Sox.

New York City

You will throw anything from cheesecake to cancer awareness bracelets at the opposing team. You will boo your own players. In short, you're a monster. You're actually the worst. You may be a perfectly nice person in real life, but when it comes to sports, you're a total dick. You are way too rowdy and you need to calm the fuck down.

Philadelphia

The A's, Raiders, Sharks, and Warriors have some of the loudest (in actual volume and in outfit choices), most passionate fans there are. You are showy, flashy, and totally loco. You chant, scream, and cheer, louder than anyone else in the room. You are crazy, fun, and you know how to have a good time, and you don't care what people think of you.

Oakland/Bay Area

You know that the Redskins are going to win the super bowl this year. You also know that anyone who doesn't think so is clearly not as big of a fan as you are. You know that the Presidents Race is more than an election held every four years. You deal with heartbreak every year when the Caps give you a little speck of hope... only to rip it away. You thank God you are not a Philadelphia fan (don't we all) because if you were, you'd probably have to kill yourself or else live your life in a cave where you couldn't hurt/throw a cheesecake at anyone. You are a passionate, trash-talking, bitch-slapping, diehard fan. You love your team, and you make sure that everyone else loves them just as much as you do.

Washington D.C.
