We Were Styled Professionally For The First Time And Looked Fierce AF

Four regular guys walk the runway for the first time after they dramatically transform their wardrobe with the help of a professional men’s stylist.

The Try Guys have worn many things. They've dressed in drag. They've cosplayed. And more often than not, they wear nothing at all. But they've never had their own personal wardrobe transformed...until now.

And the entire experience was unexpectedly emotional, from consultation to closet purge.

Dario Smith, Men's Wardrobe consultant of The Bellwether Project, helped guide the guys to discover their new, more fashionable selves...but they had to make a few sacrifices along the way.

    CLIENT #1: Keith

    KEITH'S INSECURITY: His larger-than-average proportions

KEITH'S GOAL: A dressier version of his current style that's still comfortable

    CLIENT #2: Zach

ZACH'S INSECURITY: Looking more like a boy than a man

ZACH'S GOAL: Inspiring his inner swagger from his outer swag

    CLIENT #3: Ned

NED'S INSECURITY: Taking risks because he wants to be perceived as professional

NED'S GOAL: Conveying a sense of importance and leadership through his wardrobe and not just through his brain

    CLIENT #4: Eugene

EUGENE'S INSECURITY: Appearing vulnerable because of his deeply personal history with maintaining a confident image

EUGENE'S GOAL: Expressing his creative, weird side and making more avant-garde fashion choices

After Dario shopped for the guys, they held a special, private runway show to reveal their newly realized looks.

    KEITH'S TRANSFORMATION

"That suit jacket is basically his shirt, elevated."

"He looks like a Ken doll!"

From wearing the blues to blue-ing minds away with his effortless, semi-professional chic.

    ZACH'S TRANSFORMATION

"He doesn't look single AF, he looks hot AF!"

"I'm a little intimidated! I wouldn't talk to him, he's too cool for me."

From little boy to bad boy with one hip, totally coordinated ensemble.

    NED'S TRANSFORMATION

"Now he looks like an Edward."

"Before he looked like he was on a boat, but now he looks like he owns the boat."

From strictly managerial to boss ass bro, casually sophisticated with subtle, smart pops of color.

    EUGENE'S TRANSFORMATION

    "Is that a ladies' skirt?"

"But I'll be honest, it's not a stretch in my imagination to see Eugene wearing this."

Luckily, Dario had a second surprise outfit up his well-tailored sleeve.

    EUGENE'S TRANSFORMATION: Take 2

"You look like a future Western detective."

"There's a whole sheep on this man...look at that coat!"

From referring to the fashion past to living in the fashion future with a more daring, unique expression of personal style.

All of the guys were blown away by how much their wardrobe could inspire confidence and more accurately convey their aspirations.

What in the world will the Try Guys try - or better yet, wear - next?
