Antoni Porowski — Food Expert, Netflix

Born: Montreal, Canada

Lives: Brooklyn, NY

Career: Antoni moved to NYC to pursue acting and landed roles in Daddy's Boy (2016), The Pretenders (2018), and the TV series The Blacklist. He's a self-taught chef who worked in kitchens to supplement his acting career. Serendipitously, Antoni became a personal chef for the original Queer Eye food and wine expert, Ted Allen, who recommended him for the reboot.

Fun facts: He speaks English, Polish, and French, and he has a super hot husband.

Tan France — Fashion Expert

Born: Doncaster, England

Lives: Salt Lake City, Utah

Career: Early in his career, Tan worked for both Zara and Selfridges. He was company director at Shade Clothing before founding his women's clothing line, Kingdom & State. Queer Eye is his first television appearance, and he was very nervous about being on camera.

Fun facts: Tan first became interested in fashion while watching his grandparents produce clothing for Disney.

Jonathan Van Ness — Grooming Expert, Netflix

Born: Quincy, Illinois

Lives: Los Angeles, CA

Career: JVN first worked as personal assistant at Sally Hershberger Salon and currently co-owns MoJoHair with Monique Northrop. In 2013 he starred in the Gay of Thrones web series for Funny or Die, which was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2016 for Outstanding Short Form Variety Series. These days he hosts the bi-weekly podcast, Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness.

Fun facts: JVN was the first male cheerleader at his high school.

Karamo Brown — Culture Expert, Netflix

Born: Houston, Texas

Lives: Los Angeles, CA

Career: Karamo became the first out gay black man on reality TV when he appeared MTV's The Real World: Philadelphia back in 2004. He then worked as a social worker for nearly a decade before returning to television as a host on HLN’s Dr. Drew on Call, YouTube’s The Young Turks, Huffington Post's HuffPost Live and Access Hollywood Live. These days he hosts MTV’s Are You The One: Second Chances.

Fun facts: Karamo co-founded an organization that works to combat HIV stigma called

Bobby Berk — Design Expert, Netflix

Born: Texas, grew up Mount Vernon, Missouri

Lives: Los Angeles, CA

Career: Bobby got into design while working at the Bombay Company in Denver, CO. Once he moved to NYC he worked at Bed Bath & Beyond,Restoration Hardware, and Portico. In 2006, he launched his online store, Bobby Berk Home, which went on to have locations in Manhattan and Miami. These days he runs an interior design service called Bobby Berk Interiors + Design. He has appeared as a design specialist on HGTV, NBS, CBS, and Bravo.[2]

Fun facts: Bobby moved out when he was only 15 years old to escape the homophobic Bible Belt.
