Look what you did! You forgot Steve Urkel! He was supposed to be a single episode appearance, with the show focusing primarily on the Winslow family, but he basically took over the show.
At the end of South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, there’s a short scene where Ike looks out of the attic window, says, “Guys out there is hurted” and then eats a rat. Totally random but still wonderful.
