What's on the menu: In order to combine South Korea's history with modern Seoul, both versions are Chueo-tang are made here — either traditionally boiled with loach and sake with ground miso, or modernly cooked with loach and boiled in beef and gut broth with mud loaves. Aside from their star dish, loach stew, their mung bean pancakes, deep-fried loach, and savory pancakes have also become many visitors' favorites.
