I love tea and I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder, so I thought why not write about them both together. I have decided to compile a list of 5 great herbal teas. All of these teas have helped to calm me down when I needed it most. Tea can be such a comforting way to relax and calm your nerves. It is amazing at how effective it can be too.
I battle with my anxiety everyday, but everyday I win. I never give up and I will never stop fighting. No one can see the internal war that is going on inside of me everyday. Sometimes, I wish I could let people into my head so that they could understand a bit better.
I love this! Even though I seem normal on the surface, I'm a wreck inside. Trying to fight through every day, trying to fit in with other people and look normal. It is so easy to forget that we all live in our own little worlds inside out heads. Other people may be fighting a battle…Â
