It's ~raining~ fantastic music this week! On March 3, iconic artists Rain and Jackson Wang joined forces to release the powerhouse single "Magnetic," and trust me, this is a song you need to add to your playlist.

Performed in both English and Korean, the slow-grooving R&B song features lyrics that describe the feeling of being so attracted to someone, it feels as if you're being magnetically drawn in closer. In addition to singing on the track, Jackson also participated in the song's lyrics, composition, and arrangement.

"Magnetic" is part of Rain's third EP, Pieces by Rain, a five-track album that was released March 3. The album also features collaborations with Chung Ha and members of the upcoming K-pop group Ciipher.

This week also saw the release of Ateez's "Fireworks (I'm the One)," Verivery's "Get Away," iKon's "Why Why Why," Demian's "Love% (Feat. 던 (Dawn))," and MCND's "아직 끝난거 아이다(Not Over)," so make sure you check those out, too!

    3. Hundreds of K-pop songs were removed from Spotify this week.

If you're a Spotify user, you may have noticed that your K-pop playlists sounded a bit different this week. That's because hundreds of K-pop songs were removed from the platform this week after Kakao M's catalog was pulled from the music streaming service. Dreamcatcher, Seventeen, Cherry Bullet, Epik High, and Mamamoo are just a few of the artists affected by the removal.

A spokesperson for Spotify told NME that the reason behind the removal of the songs was "the expiration of our license," explaining: "The fact that we have not yet reached agreement on a new global deal is unfortunate for their artists, as well as for fans and listeners worldwide. It is our hope that this disruption will be temporary and we can resolve the situation soon. We remain committed to working with local rights holders, including KakaoM, to help grow the Korean music market and overall streaming ecosystem together."

Earlier this week, Epik High's Tablo voiced his disappointment over the removal of the group's albums from the platform, tweeting, "Apparently a disagreement between our distributor Kakao M & Spotify has made our new album Epik High Is Here unavailable globally against our will. Regardless of who is at fault, why is it always the artists and the fans that suffer when businesses place greed over art?"

    4. Exo's Chanyeol is the ~bad guy~ in the teaser trailer for his upcoming film, The Box.

~Duh!~ Park Chanyeol will make his debut as a leading actor this month with the release of the musical The Box on March 24. The film's story centers on an aspiring musician named Ji-hoon (Chanyeol) who is scouted by a down-on-his-luck music producer named Min-soo (Jo Dal Hwan).

Released on March 1, the film's first teaser trailer shows Chanyeol performing an incredible cover of Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy" with a live band. A full version of the trailer was later released March 4 and can be watched here.

While this might be Chanyeol's first leading role in a film, this isn't his first time acting. In 2016, he starred in the hilarious rom-com So I Married an Anti-Fan and has gone on to have multiple roles in popular K-dramas, including Missing 9 and Memories of the Alhambra. I can't wait to see his performance in The Box soon, too!

    5. Got7's BamBam has signed with Abyss Company.

In response to the news, fellow JYP Entertainment alum and now labelmate Sunmi congratulated BamBam in an adorable tweet: "Welcome, #BAMBAM Dongsaeng."
