I typically buy more frozen veggies than fresh, because they last longer and are more cost effective. But also, there is protein in everything, so I don't feel the need to buy meat substitutes. I stick to beans, lentils (super cheap), quinoa, peanut butter, and eggs. A dozen eggs…Â
Merlin. It's super corny and the special effects are kind of awful, but it has so much heart and it's what I watch when my depression and anxiety get bad. It's essentially TV comfort food.
