Kourtney Kardashian Confirmed She Deleted Mason's Instagram Account After He Spilled Family Secrets During A Livestream

It turns out Kourtney and Scott had no idea 10-year-old Mason had even set the account up.

Ever since the Kardashian/Jenner offspring began having kids in their droves, we've been patiently waiting to see which member of the next generation would be the first to delve into showbiz, take the baton from Kris Jenner, and become the new family spokesperson.

I have to admit that, until recently, my money was on living icon North West.

However, two days ago, Mason Disick — the eldest child of Kourtney and Scott — established himself as the frontrunner.

On Tuesday, Mason appeared on Instagram out of nowhere and began a live session where he answered questions from fans.

One person decided to ask him whether there was any truth to the recent rumours that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are back together. And Mason, showing absolutely no regard for Kris Jenner's carefully crafted PR strategy, launched straight in there with a response!

"No, Kylie and Travis are not back together," Mason said.

Before too long, the story had gone absolutely everywhere.

However, eagle-eyed fans noticed that, shortly after Mason went live and spilled all the plotlines for Season 18 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, his Instagram account had been deleted.

Well, Kourtney has now stepped in to reveal that she did indeed delete the account — but only because Mason didn't actually ask permission to set one up in the first place.

"He started an Instagram yesterday and he didn't ask us," Kourtney said during an Instagram live interview with Poosh. "He has an iPad and a computer for his school."

"I did delete it, because Scott and I felt like — he's 10," she went on. "I think there's an age limit with Instagram. I think it's 13."

Kourtney then revealed that she's worried about the potential abuse her kids might receive if they were to have social media.

"I think on Instagram, the thing that really worries me with kids is the comments," she said. "People can be so mean and I just feel it's not the time."

However, Kourtney did add that while she initially just switched Mason's profile from public to private, he went ahead and sneakily switched it right back!

Wow, it seems like Mason is a rebellious mini Lord Disick in the making.

Kourtney's deliberation over how to deal with Mason's social media presence comes just a few months after Kim Kardashian revealed she plans to closely "monitor" her kids' online profiles when the time comes.
