Kesha has released a new single – a collaboration with Zedd, called "True Colors".
Kesha has been embroiled in a legal dispute with Sony and producer Dr Luke for years, after accusing him of sexual assault, battery, harassment, gender violence, unfair business practices, and infliction of emotional distress.
Back in February Kesha's plea to get out of her multi-album recording deal with Dr Luke was denied by a judge. He is now suing her for breach of contract and defamation.
When she released the single today, Kesha revealed that it wasn't just a case of putting out new music for her – but a "declaration of my truth".

And while the song may be a remake, the lyrics are pretty damn perfect.
