On top of everything else, we're getting ready for cold and flu season.
Promising review: "I've had a recurring pattern where I get allergies or a cold which causes drainage in the back of my throat, that area gets scratchy and dry which leads to a lot of nonproductive coughing and further irritation and maybe even bronchitis or pneumonia. With a neti pot, I could *feel* that it wasn't rinsing/reaching that area, except with minor backwash. On a lark, we decided to try this device — which is different than a traditional neti pot in that you remain standing up, and you squeeze the bottle to create pressure and push the saline into one nostril. It *focuses* on that problem area of the far back of the sinuses/throat, which for me is fantastic. Since we've been using the Nasopure I've had a couple of instances where I felt that old, familiar tickle in the back of the throat, and using this device immediately reduced the irritation of the area, and I have yet to develop any serious upper respiratory issues. Also, using this is messier than the neti pot, particularly if you have a beard and mustache, as I do. I have moved to using this in the shower so that I can rinse to my heart's content and not worry about messing up the sink area, wetting my clothes, etc. Bottom line, if you frequently have minor colds/allergies which lead to scratchy/dry back of the throat issues, that then tend to progress to something worse, this might be the perfect product for you. Highly recommended." —Scott Turner

"This thing is amazing. So much easier to mix, easier to clean, easier to use. Just an all-around better product than the Neti line. If you’re on the fence, buy it! You won’t regret it. My sinuses thank me daily." —Jeremy Dakin
"After years of being told I needed to use a neti pot to help with my allergy and sinus conditions I started looking for something I thought I could work with. I was reluctant to use the one that looks like a little teapot...very intimidating. So I thought I'd give this a try. I also watched a video on how to use it. Holding your breath is the key. Hallelujah! When I say it the closest thing to a religious experience I've ever had, I kid you not. I enter the bathroom unable to breathe I leave the bathroom with a clear head. It is messy and gross and snotty but the results make it worth it." —Amazon Customer
"I live in a city where most of us suffer from allergies, and I am no exception. I use it whenever I feel somewhat congested, and find it gives me instant relief. I tend to get sinus infections in dry winter weather, and, with the use of the Nasopure, this past winter I had no sinus infections. It is so easy to use. I use it standing in front of my bathroom mirror with my head level, and hold a cup against my lip to catch the water coming out of my nostril. Piece of cake. I also love that it's made in my fair city, right here in the US. Hurray! Highly recommended." —Maud
