Pick a spot in the house that always feels cold

Pick a muted color to paint over the hand prints on the wall

Pick a hobby not related to the morbid or the paranormal

You'll see her floating around the chapel with a serene smile on her face. She particularly likes the living room, where she once taught children and gave prayers to church goers. Sometimes she'll misplace some of your things or accidentally mess with radio interference, but she's a comforting, warm presence in the house and tends to tidy up the kitchen or living room when she finds it messy.

The Nun

Illness took him when he was young, but that doesn't stop him from running around the house and making noise. You'll always catch glimpses of him playing in the paddock out front, and sometimes peaking curiously at you or guests you have over. He has an affinity for appearing in reflective surfaces, which was absolutely terrifying at first, but after a while you'll form a strange friendship, leaving cookies out at the table for him to eat at night, and him leaving cute drawings of farm animals he once had for you to stick on your fridge. Your friends might not want to enter your house ever again, but that's fine because you and him are besties.

The Farmer's Son

She died by drowning when she took a pleasant stroll by the lake in the summertime, now she's stuck there. You'll see her through your window sobbing by the lakeside on a dainty marble bench completely soaked. If you go down there you'll notice a wet spot where you once saw her sit. If you stick around long enough she'll approach you. Try giving her a smile, it'll make her day.

The Weeping Lady

Occasionally you'll come across the stingy bar owner that once ran a pub in the 1910s before it became an apartment. Don't worry though, he mostly kept to himself in both life and death. Sometimes he'll make a little mischief, like moving your keys or lunch when you aren't looking, or turning on the TV, microwave, oven or lights randomly, he'll even swipe loose change lying around the house. He's pretty harmless, but still kind of an ass.
